Helping out, always…!
So I am affiliated with a local art space called Orion Turtle, which we work as a group of artist to try and help out the community by bringing more art and community to Martin County.
Recently Orion Turtle has invited the Hibiscus House to come to the studio and work with some local artists.
What I Brought To The Table
As my background has been in the Digital Arts & Design, I decided to bring in a little work station where the Kids had a chance to work within my real world workspace and rig setup.
From using a dual monitor setup, digital painting software, and Wacom Tablet, all the kids over the course of a week got to experience what my field of work is all about. As well as, learning not only how to use the software, but how to organize their work flow, respect expensive equipment; while all along, enjoying themselves in the production of their own art vision…. ~What a blast…!
Helping Out..!
There are many ways you can help out, a big way is by donating art supplies that you may no longer need or by just picking up a few art supplies and dropping them off at the Orion Turtle’s studio space.
I can also pick supplies up if need be if you are local to Stuart Florida. So far most of the supplies that you will find at the Orion Turtle are either purchased by Barnaby himself and or donated by the local artist..
Another great way that you can donate is to just get involved. Come join us during a live event or charitable cause..
